Delivery time - Our standard delivery time (for mainland UK) is 3-5 working days but larger items may take aped 2 weeks.
Despatch - Orders placed before 5pm Mon-Thurs will be processed the same day and items in stock will be despatched next day. Orders received on a Friday will be processed on a Monday. Any orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Local Delivery/Collection - As from December 2010 we are unable to deliver to local Customers free of charge and will need to apply delivery charges. Unfortunately this is due to increasing costs we incur from our suppliers and in preparation for the increasing VAT in 2011. We do however have a range of items that have free delivery and these are clearly marked with 'free shipping'.
UK (mainland) Delivery Charge - (unless otherwise stated)
£0.99 to £9.99 = £3.99 Delivery charge
£10.00 to £29.99 = £4.99 Delivery charge
£30.00 to £49.99 = £6.99 Delivery charge
£50.00 and over = £7.99 Delivery charge
If your order is required more urgently please contact us. Next day delivery (by 1pm Mon-Fri) is available at £7.50 for orders weighing no more than 1kg and £9.00 upto 2kg.(This applies to orders of any value). This service may not always be available.
Delivery Address - If paying by Paypal your order will be sent to your address registered with Paypal. If you require it to be sent to a different address please send details to us at time of placing order.
Overseas Delivery - We welcome orders from outside the UK but please email your order to us first, we will then provide you with a price for delivery. Once we have quoted a delivery price we will wait for you to confirm that you wish to go ahead with the order.We will then give you payment instructions.
Other info - Some items may be sent direct from our supplier, therefore you may receive multiple parcels.
Out of stock items - If an item happens to be out of stock or if we can not deliver within 10 working days we will notify you by email within 2 working days. Occasionally an item may be out of stock for up to 4 weeks.
Returns - If for any reason you would like to return an item please contact us first. Items need to be returned in original condition with packaging and tags in place. Once a return has been agreed we will provide the returns address. We will refund the amount paid for the item (but not delivery charge). As soon as you have returned the item to our returns address we will make the refund. Please allow at least 5 days. The cost of returning an item is at the customers expense.
Damaged item - If any items are received damaged please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will provide you with the returns address. We will refund the total amount of the item once the item has been received. Please allow atleast 5 days for the item to reach us.
All goods remain the property of Apple Tree Toys until paid for in full.
